All orders shipped to the United States via Yamato Transport International Parcel Service will be subject to customs duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Important Information :

• Customs duties: Will be charged based on product classification and value,
• Payment timing: Payment must be made at delivery or through UPS online payment system,
• Payment notification: UPS will send advance payment notification to your contact information,
• Online payment option: You can pay duties online through the UPS tracking system at UPS.com,
• Additional fee: If payment is not completed by delivery time, an additional International Collect on Delivery (ICOD) Fee of $12.00 USD will be charged,
• Return shipping costs: If the package is returned to Japan due to non-payment of duties, delivery refusal, or exceeding UPS storage period, all return shipping costs will be charged to the recipient,

• These fees are separate from shipping costs and are NOT included in your order total,
• Accurate recipient contact information is required for payment notifications,
• We cannot predict the exact amount of duties as they are determined by US Customs,
• All customs-related fees and return shipping costs are the recipient's responsibility,
